What is Market X Jamaica about?
Market X is about connecting buyers with sellers within an online marketplace and to create a one-stop shop that allows buyers to purchase products and services.
What does Market X Jamaica offer on the market?
Our marketplace offers purchases for new products from your favourite vendors however there are special vendors authorised to sell used items. Market X Jamaica even allows access to top services offered island-wide that you can search for within your area.
How do I register to use your services?
To register you can click the account icon at the upper right-hand corner of the screen and click register.
How long does it take for an order to be processed?
We process all orders within 24-hours once received. If an order will be delayed due to unavailability or any other vendor delay, you will be notified.
Can I sell on Market X Jamaica?
Yes! If you are registered with the Companies office of Jamaica and have your business TRN and TCC then you are able to sell within the marketplace.
Do I need a physical retain store?
No, once you are registered with the Companies office of Jamaica as a registered business you are able to join the marketplace.
How to reset password?
To reset your password its simple!

SHIPPING
What shipping methods are available?
Our main shipping courier is Tara, which ships items in 1-2 business days. We offer low, fixed rates with Tara Courier Service for packages weighing up to 50 lbs – with a maximum length of 45”. If your package weighs more than 50 pounds (or exceeds the 45” size limit), you’ll need to ship it on your own. We also use Knutsford Express for standard shipping of 2-3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently no, we do not ship internationally however it is a work in progress and we are looking to have international shipping in the near future.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Your package should be delivered in 1-2 business days, if it is a order with multiple vendors please allow up to 5 days for all packages to be delivered. Should there be any delays please open up a ticket with the vendor from the product page.

We accept payment using multiple methods such as Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, ATM Deposit, PayPal, and Lynk.
Is buying on-line safe nowadays?

How do I place an order?
Step 1. Navigate or search for an item you would like to purchase.

How can I cancel and refund my order?
You can cancel your order by viewing your orders within the dashboard and selecting "Support" to reach out to your vendor to provide refund provided the item has not yet been shipped out.
Do I need an account to place an order?
It is mandatory for all vendors to have a registered account with us to be part of the Market X Jamaica marketplace. Once created and verified, just use your email address and password to login to the marketplace. As a guest, you are able to do a checkout for your purchases but we suggest registering an account to save account details like billing/shipping information and your order history.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, in the top menu look for the "Track your order" menu link. Input your order number and your email, you will then be able to see all details relative to the status of your order.
How can I return a product?
The company established a return policy that addresses both parties of the transaction, the Buyer and the Vendor. If Buyers have an issue with an item that they received, the Vendors, our agents, and/or our systems can decide if an item is eligible for a return and/or a refund. Buyer may receive a refund to the originating payment instrument, funds added to balance, or a Market X Limited “account” credit (account credit) depending on eligibility. Buyers must initiate a refund and return request. Buyers may have a number of issues with the item that they received. The Buyer must initiate a refund and return request by contacting the Vendor through the Support Page on their profile and request a refund within 72 hours of delivery. Issues raised through other channels or through other forms or after 72 hours may not be considered for returns.
